• Interaction metadata (not conversations' medical meaning)

• Improve answer quality and safety
• Moderate community content

Your conversations may be reviewed only in anonymized form to improve system quality and safety.

Alma may process health-related questions only to provide educational responses.

Alma:

• May occasionally make mistakes — always verify critical decisions with a professional

If you post in the community:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us permission to display and moderate it
• Content must follow Community Guidelines (see below)

We may remove content that violates safety or moderation rules.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that:

• Harass or endanger other users
• Abuse the platform

Alma is designed for adults (mothers and caregivers). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
